A few useful answers

Can I record a set without starting the timer?

Yes. Enter actual repetitions or seconds and RPE, then validate the set. Timed sets can be recorded entirely manually.

Why can’t I hear the beeps?

Check media volume and the active audio output. Pausing stops cue playback too. A phone call or disconnected headphones pauses the timer; resume it when you are ready.

Does the timer continue with the screen locked?

An active timer plays its sound cues in the background and can mix with your music. Force-quitting the app ends playback. After an interruption, resume the timer in the app.

Can I change a workout I prepared?

Yes. Edit or cancel a planned workout from the notebook. Routine changes do not rewrite sessions you already prepared or completed.

How is weekly load calculated?

Choose a starting date to see seven days of validated sets. Primary muscles count ×1 and secondary muscles ×0.5. Holds count as half a set before this weighting. Tonnage uses actual reps and effective load; missing weight information is shown as partial.

How do I connect or disconnect Apple Health?

Open Settings > Health > Weight access to request weight access. Manage existing permissions in the Health app. You can always enter bodyweight manually.

How can I delete my data?

Delete saved timers, routines or planned sessions with their available controls. To remove the entire local journal, delete the app and its data from your device. Offloading keeps its data. Manage any device backups separately.
